"VERY unprofessional. I called the office to postpone my appointment so that I could get a second opinion. The dentist himself called me back the same day asking for an explanation and before I could finish talking, he hung up the phone on me mid-sentence. He then proceeded to send me a text message saying that the call “dropped” and insinuated that I should not return and stick with my second opinion."

"Sandra Campbell, who is a senior citizen, went to "Dr" (and I use that term very loosely) Sandow on Wednesday September 5, 2023. This dentist was unbelievably rude and condescending. He told her that her partials were "no damned" good and needed to be thrown away (they are 5 years old), tried to push expensive dental implants, said she needed a crown and said "Do you know what a crown is?" He was verbally abusive, berated her, and refused to clean her teeth. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone, especially if you're a P.O.C."

"I am 24, and Randy has been my dentist all my life thus far. He is a bit awkward at explaining some things, but he definitely tries his best. I do personally recommend him."

"Randy is a fantastic dentist. Can't say enough good things about his practice. I've been going to Randy for over 20 years, ever since my last dentist croaked under mysterious circumstances. When Randy's on the job, you can hardly tell he's even chiselling away at anything in your mouth. And you can't argue with results; I've hardly had a dental issue or pain in the last 30 years. I'd say Randy has nerves of steel to do the job he does. And he calls it like he sees it. He's a straight shooter, and doesn't sugercoat reality (for a dentist, sugarcoating anything would be malpractice). Maybe it's because he's from the streets, and knows a thing or two. Highly recommended--Randy's the toughest Jewish dentist this side of the Catskills. Accept no substitute."

"Sheila Dorsett, arrived at the office of Dr. Sandow in extreme anguish due to an inflamed tooth. He told me due to the way I was sitting in the chair I wasn't familiar w/the dentist office. After berating me, about my lack of recent dental care, which I explained was due to other serious medical issues I was addressing. After the x-ray identified the problem as an ajar wisdom tooth. He asked what did I want him to do, he can't help me, because he would only perform root canals. This doctor showed no compassion, nor ethics, that resembled having taken an oath. He sent me away without any resolve, but rather a verbal tough lashing. He suggested, you people need to go to the local community clinic. Do not place your trust, nor care with this man. I left the office in tears, rather than resolve. 11/3/20"
