"Not always a five star however they nailed it this time. All of our food was hot, fresh and well put together. Very pleased!"

"The only thing this store does consistently is mess up our order. We choose the "Light sauce" option and they do light sauce maybe 1 out of every 5 times we order. Tonight, a quiet Wednesday night at 6:45, even with "Light sauce please" written IN the instructions in addition to the light sauce option, they still managed to mess up and the pizza is swimming in sauce. Pretty ridiculous. I think we'll be thinking twice before ordering from this location again."

"For a special treat tonight we stopped off at the Hilliard Pizza Hut on cemetery road and it was awesome as always. No I see that some of the star reviews of this place or a little on the low side but I gave it a shot anyway in fact I’ve been here many many times and this is my first review and I got to say they are five star. No this is not the newest or the nicest or the nearest although it is clean and pretty organized you can tell that the store has a little bit of age to it. The staff as always seems to go above and beyond being courteous friendly and polite and very helpful. So I have never had anything but great luck at this little pizza pie shop. Yeah this is your typical franchise chain Pizza Hut that we have all known and come to love which originated in Wichita Kansas by the way"

"First time at this location...and likely the last. I will add photos in case someone thinks I'm exaggerating, but two of our pizzas had significant toppings problems! All of our pizzas were supposed to have three toppings. Then a few bites into one of them we realized they forgot the sauce! I've never seen so much crust on a pizza edge and so little crust under the toppings....and it was tough! Very disappointed! We will be checking our Pizza Hut order in the store BEFORE we leave next time."
