"In response to you: Dr. Downy I had already had a bridge like I stated before in which was fine. It was you who suggested replacing it because of the time span even though nothing was wrong with it. But you said nothing about that at all. I didn’t want you to put my bridge in for free. I told you that my insurance said it would be paid for. Jessica was the one saying I had to pay half and my insurance said, no you don’t as I stated before. Greed shouldn’t be a factor as far as recementing my bridge. After all, it’s only been 2-3 years and I had my old one in for at least 35 with no problem at all. Then you put a new bridge in lasting only 2-3 years and it falls out! What’s the problem????? I have had nothing but the best experience on the multiple visits I have received. I have finally found a great Dentist office including the staff. "They cancelled and rescheduled multiple appointments due to not having a dental assistant. Even had one cleaning where Dr. Downing did the cleaning himself. Fast forward to me rescheduling a couple of appointments because I had Covid, the flu, and then RSV, it was a rough couple of months. When I called to finally get scheduled they told me it was for Thursday the next week. However on Friday of the current week they called and told me my appointment was for the day before and I would have a missed appointment fee. I never received an appointment confirmation. When I originally tried to discuss with Missy she said she does not make errors with scheduling. Now they are sending me to collections because I refuse to pay a fee for an appointment time I did not accept. I have paid a missed appointment fee to them in the past, which I brought to their attention because I will pay when I am at fault. I tried discussing with Missy again and she once again is rude and unwilling to discuss. She asked if I had proof of the no call before. I said I did, through phone records and she said I’d still have to pay the fee. Poor scheduling and business practices. Save yourself the stress and being talked down to. Go somewhere else!"
