Since this was the first time I've had such a procedure I was a bit apprehensive. Being an engineer, the only way to calm my fears is to have a comprehension of the goals, methods and effects of what is being proposed. Dr Kreimer did a great job explaining the process to me at a level that gave me confidence that he was the man for the job. I missed his call to check on how I was doing the evening after my procedure.
