"I had been looking around for a while for a good dentist office since I needed a extraction done on a infected tooth. My face was super swollen and I had been in pain. I wanted a female dentist since the ones I had seen before were kind of rough and rude didn’t explain what I needed to know. All the people at this office were very sweet and gentle i will come here for now on for any work I need done! They make you feel very comfortable. No complaints at all, they took my x-rays, explained pricing ,which is fair pricing for good work, numbed me correctly and got my tooth out with no problems or pain! All with in like 1-2 hours. Still back home recovering and still haven’t experienced any pain at all yet! Great experience overall"

"I had an emergency dentistry need, the staff were able to get me in on record time. This was a holiday weekend where every dentist office was closed. Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend the Crescent Springs location for your dentistry needs. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you so much!"

"I was terrified to go to any dentist. I was afraid of being judged and quite honestly, I afraid of the pain. I had the best experience from the moment I walked in the door. The staff is fantastic and Delanie was off the charts. She was professional and so kind. She reassured me throughout my whole visit. She let me know everything she was doing and why. She was honest yet gentle with her words. I highly recommend."

"I wish I could give 0 stars. I found this business after I had acute dental pain on a Saturday. Before I could see the dentist I was advised to secure financing since they don’t accept care credit (now I know why). The dentist was very nice and professional. That day I only had an exam and X-ray. I was advised I needed a root canal, and scheduled for the following week, I was quoted 2883.00. On Monday I cancelled the appointment for later that week since they were out of network for my insurance, I was told I was “all set”. Weeks later I discovered they had put the loan for 2883.00 through even though I cancelled the appointment. When I called the office I was given the owners cell# (Jay allegedly), and told by the receptionist I would get my money back “but it won’t be easy.” She was right! Jay advised he was having cash flow issues and asked if he could make payments to me. He ghosted me for weeks at a time while I was paying payments on a fraudulent loan! Eventually I contacted the finance company, proved they never did the services and they adjusted the account. Please do not use any finance options at this office. I have all of the texts and receipts. This is not the first time they’ve done this based on reviews and the receptionist response! If you are in this situation contact the finance company, this office is not going to make it right! Also file you’re experience with the BBB, FTC and KY AG office."
