"I started going to Dr. Uhlenbrock about 30 years ago as a child so when he moved into a practice with Dr. Baudendistel, I was a little worried about my future care. I knew Chris was going to retire and sometimes change can be difficult. Now Dr. Uhlenbrock has been retired for a few years now and Dr. Baudendistel has been awesome. His entire staff is friendly and welcoming. About a year ago Dr. Baudendistel informed me during a routine check up that I was going to have trouble with a tooth on my upper left side. The bone had started deteriorating leaving a gap between my bone and tooth leaving only a small amount of the root in the bone. At the time I was having no trouble with the tooth so I declined to have it pulled even though he was sure it would only be a matter of time. So here I am now a year later with a horrible tooth ache. I should have listened. Today Dr. Baudendistel and his able assistant Megan painlessly removed the dreaded tooth. I was having a lot of anxiety thinking about losing a tooth and the manner in which I thought it would be removed. But Megan explained exactly what was going to happen showing me my X-rays and explaining in layman's terms why this needed to be done and why it would not be painful at all. She was right. Dr. Baudendistel numbed the entire area and explained everything in detail as to how he would be doing the extraction including a run down on the tools he would use. It's been 7 hours since the procedure and I am back to pretty much normal and should be eating some crunchy food again within a week. I would highly recommend Dr. Baudendistel and his team if you're ever in need of a cleaning or any other service associated with your teeth. I even got to keep the tooth! Which will be used to educate my grandkids on flossing and brushing twice a day."
