"I was a little apprehensive at starting at a new dentist but I had the absolute best experience! From the second I walked into the office Elizabeth at the front desk was so great! Dana did my cleaning and she was so sweet as well! Everyone spoke to me like I had already been a patient for years! I also get bad anxiety sometimes and they actually have a menu of comfort items free of charge from blankets and neck pillows to snacks! Im actually looking forward to my next appointment!"

"New patients, PLEASE BEWARE of unnecessary procedures and surprise charges. After the dental work I had done here, I really thought that I had found my new dentist, but I have been proven wrong by recent events. Months after the fact, and having forgotten about it entirely, I started receiving bills from a collections company for almost $400 - over and above the initial payments for the dental work (which were expensive). After reaching out to my dental insurance, it was discovered that procedures had been performed that weren't medically necessary, and my insurance company had denied the claim. I was told before my procedures that insurance had been contacted, they would pay for "x" amount, and my responsibility would be due up front before the procedures. I'm not trying to dodge responsibilities...I pay my bills.... I paid $2,300 up front before the dental work had even been done... but I take issue with a dentist charging me an extra $400 above and beyond what they've already been paid (both by me AND by my dental insurance), for dental work that wasn't necessary, and threatening collections when I try to argue about the charge. Once I started having issues and began reaching out to friends/family in the area to ask for advice, I've heard several stories similar to mine that involve this office. Please be careful and stay clear of this place. My husband and I have moved to Toothologie. Editing to add a response to the reply from Turner Family Dentistry: I DID reach out to discuss it, and to plead my case that I (and my dental insurance) had already paid your office A LOT of money. I was told by your office manager that the remaining balance (which is being charged to me for services that were deemed unnecessary), was still owed to your office, and that "Dr. Turner will not forgive that remaining balance," but that you would be "happy to set up a payment plan." It's bad practice, and bad business. Procedures were performed that were deemed unnecessary based on guidelines set forth by the ADA."

"I was referred to Turner Family Dentistry for an emergency evaluation and their staff was so supportive and welcoming. I plan to have a procedure done at their office and have them as my permanent dentists! The office staff is excellent. I can’t say enough good things."

"I bit into something and broke a molar. We called the next morning to see if they could get me in. Mind you, I had never been to Turner Family Dentistry before this. They said they could see me at 2pm. I arrived and they couldn't have been any more helpful. Dr. Turner and the staff were wonderful. They examined me, explained what was wrong and what the corrective course needed to be, and made a crown for me all in one sitting. I couldn't be happier! Thank you so much for fixing my molar!"
