"I called to set up an appointment as a new patient (I just moved to the area) the woman that answered the phone was rude and entitled. Before I could say why I wanted to meet with the dentist. She started rattling off what a new patient Needs to do before anything else she said I needed to get X-rays and a cleaning and so on. I don’t mind getting all those things done but as a customer that is paying for a Dental service I don’t think I should be told what I need done before I can be a patient. I cracked my tooth I’m in pain I want to get into a dentist to fix what I as the paying customer needs. Not have someone telling me a laundry list of work I need before you even know my dental history. I went elsewhere. I would never go to a Dental office that doesn’t listen to the needs of a paying customer and try to have a bunch of stipulations before being seen."

"I am a foster parent and have taken a few of the children here. I will never do it agin. They are very rude and unhelpful. They staff answering the phone are so rude and just want to get off the phone. I might not be a dentist like the lady on the phone said but I know when teeth are black they need to be looked at. I will never go back to this place!"
