Maineville Dental - Kevin Kallmeyer DDS 5765 Ohio 48, Maineville, OH 45039

"I have very bad experience with this dental office. They charge me a little over $10 thousand dollar's out of my pocket for the dental work I received. Then after I contacted my insurance I found out that actually I should pay only 5504.00 dollars out of my pocket. My insurance company said that dr. Kevin Kallmeyer has to reimburse me for the extra money he collected from me. Since September 2023 my insurance and myself present all paperwork and explanation of benefits and proves that I’m overcharged and I need to be reimbursed for the amount I overpaid.. dr Kevin Kallmeyer comes with all kinds of different reasons not to issue me a check for the money he’s owed me. This dental office has taken advantage of me and Ripped me off. I will never recommend anyone else to use their dental care and if you who read this is their patient pay close attention to what you are paying . Also they are charging 4% fee of the amount you pay if you use any kind of credit or even debit card payment. They sure ripped me off big time."

"Nice enough, convenient location but after receiving multiple missed appointment bills for $60 for an appointment we did not recall making and never received calls or text reminders about my wife and I have changed dentists. I paid the first couple thinking it was my/our mistake but after talking to two other people that had the same experience we have quit going there. I tried to argue these charges to no avail. I completely understand their time is valuable and people need the appointment slots, but something is fishy IMO. I have seen this experience also mentioned in other reviews here. They automatically make those appointments 6mo. in advance for you and there have been some that we received multiple personal, robo calls and text reminders (they are hard to miss), but I get billed for some with ZERO reminders.... My wife and I were also repeatedly asked over different visits about elective procedures we had told them that we were not interested in having done as well. We went here for approx 5 yrs or so. In our experience the staff was always friendly. I only recall one hygienist I did not care for in that time and she was only there one time when I was in there over the years."

I'd also add that I found his pricing for various procedures/ services to be very competitive versus other local providers. I recommend Maineville Dental to friends without any reservations!"

Since I now live 4+ hours away, it's usually not possible to get there for regular check ups but I have gone to him for a cap, something "outside the routine" and was glad I made the trip.
