"I have mixed feelings. My doctor, Dr McGuire is just fantastic: she is kind, very good, experienced, personable. She takes fantastic care of you. She goes on a lot of mission trips delivering free care. She takes care of physically and mentally challenged that hardly anyone wants to care for. The office on the other hand is totally a mess. You can’t reach anyone on the phone. You get emails and text messages which are meaningless. They switch your appointments or outright cancel them as and when they want. They charge you a lot, and expect the large payments up front. Their emergency call system is totally useless."

"I have been going to Dr. McGuire since I was a little girl. Over 20 years now and have refused to see anyone else but I recently made the switch because of how absolutely AWFUL this office is ran. I don't know if it's a conflict with the dentist and their schedule or an issue with the office itself, but this place has cancelled on me more times than I have ever been seen there. You will get a call a day in advance letting you know your appointment is cancelled and they try to reschedule you out for 6 more months! It feels good knowing now when I go to the dentist I will truly be seen every 6 months and NOT cancelled on. Maybe one day I will find my way back to Dr. McGuire if she is ever not with Stonecreek Dental again. ***2 stars only because Dr. McGuire herself is an amazing dentist, very knowledgeable and up to date on all the latest practices***"

"I wish I could give a Negative Rating. The staff is already in a holiday mood for Thanksgiving. Had to wait for 45 minutes after my appointment scheduled time. After continuous checks, the staff updated on the shortage of doctors. Finally, when someone came to check on me. During the dental checkup, there was an error in the system and ultimately couldn’t proceed further. It was frustrating and I had to cancel the appointment. Utter waste of time..."

"I have to admit that part of my comment is based on my past experience of going to the Centerville location for many years. This appointment was my first cleaning of the year because my last 3 appointments kept getting canceled by the location. Finally did not have my appointment canceled and with a 7:00 appointment They finally started my cleaning at 7:20. After paying for what I thought was not covered by my insurance, I received a call 4 hours later that I needed to pay a little more. I was trying to hold out and stay with the same place I have been going to.for years, but like other comments I will be looking to go elsewhere."
