"An overall excellent experience. It was busy, but the process felt smooth and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. The waiting room is comfortable. The exam rooms are crammed into cubicles, but are still comfortable. I had x-rays taken and the process was completed with care. The doctor was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. The check out and scheduling process was impressive."

"My daughter had her very first visit to the dentist today and Amber the Hygienist was WONDERFUL. She talked to her and explained everything that she was doing. It made my daughter feel so much better about going to the dentist. Thank you so much."

"No one was at the counter to check anyone in. After about 5 minutes an employee came to the counter. She scanned my ID and insurance card, then checked in the 5 or 6 people behind me. One by one the other people got called back. After about 20 minutes my dental hygienist came out to confirm my name. She asked if I'd checked in. I told her I had, but their system did not show I had checked in. My dental hygienist was very good and helpful. The dentist checked my teeth and I was done. Checking out was a snap. My only issue was checking in."

"Incredibly attentive, friendly and intuitive staff! I’ve never been a fan of dentists, but my spouse signed me up and I went in for an exam and a cleaning. I was anxious as always, but my hygienist was kind and reassuring throughout the whole process from beginning to end. She asked if had any questions or concerns going into it, explained everything before she did it, as she was doing it, and recapped after the fact. To top that all off, she cleaned as gently as she did thoroughly. 10/10 would recommend!"

She made me feel comfortable and was very competent. Pure Smiles staff in general is pleasant and I appreciate the email and text reminders about appointments."
