"My sons appointment was scheduled for 1:00. I arrived at 12:50. They did not get my son back until after 2:00 pm and caused me to be late picking my daughter up from school. I should already expect this though as it's a typical occurrence here!"

"Today was one of my worst experiences ever at s dentist appointment. The dentist was listening to me when I told him I could still feel everything while puking one of my teeth. He continued even though was asked to stop so I said it louder then was asked to not yell by the assistant I think if was. They were rough, while trying to wipe my mouth, she was going to fast and rough she scratched my lip. The whole experience was just terrible. It's like everyone was in a hurry and it was their first day."

"It has great. I was able to get in within a week. I had to wait in the lobby but that just shows that they take their time with clients and address their needs. I have follow up appts. The staff were kind and great."

"I have been a member at this Dentist for a while and never experienced what I did yesterday besides one other time actually. . It took me an HOUR to get back there for my teeth cleaning, it was freezing as if the heat was broken & they only have two cleaners . . I’m not sure if people aren’t coming into the field if hygienist but yesterday’s experience sucked. The lady who cleaned my teeth was AWESOME “Rene-I can’t remember her entire name but the left side booth” AWESOME girl ! I am not sure how to fix the waiting issue, but maybe this would be a start . Glad I am able to give feedback!"

"The dental hygienist and dentist are always very nice! They educate me on what I need to do but they do it in a positive manner. They are friendly and respectful! Check in person was really nice. Check out person could smile a little more but it was a good experience overall."
