"I called late yesterday afternoon after a few unprofessional appointments (including a total no call no show on THEIR end) with another dentist. That coupled with a fear of dentistry and pain from neglected dental care due to the latter had me in tears and honestly, a bit of a wreck. I pulled up my insurance provider search and was using my phones assistant/talk to text to apply some filters. Long story short, I said the name Erik, didn't realize it was entered into the search...botta bing! There you were. I'm a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. I pushed call and my call was immediately answered. I'm unsure of the name of the gentleman I spoke to but everything about him was soothing, empathetic, kind and attentive. I immediately calmed down and had an appointment for my consult set within 2 weeks (possibly sooner should there be a cancellation) I cannot thank you enough. Call it fate, call it dumb luck....I call me blessed."

"Dr Chaudrey fixed a bad crown I had from another dental office. I suffered for two years visiting a series of corporate dental offices to address the issue to no avail. His level of care and compassion for me was the best I have ever seen. I highly recommend you see him if you are looking for an experienced dentist that excels in his practice. Dr Chaudrey’s heart is truly for his community and it shows in his work ethic."

"Do not recommend this place. The whole thing just feels like a scam. At my first visit – they found a cavity (that’s fine) but then the dentist started pushing for me to get braces from him. Felt very odd since that wasn’t my reason for going and he isn’t an orthodontist. I went back and, again, he found more work that needed done. I feel that he is a dentist that will always find things and I’m not confident it’s accurate. I won’t be returning to this dentist office. eta -- I'm not sure why you think I have the wrong office. Amanda at the front office gave complete and amazing customer service, couldn't get better! Dr. Snell is awesome and will make you feel right at home and provide you the best of services! Allison did my cleaning and was extremely gentle and friendly, she is definitely an asset to the practice! If you want outstanding service that goes above & beyond, this is the right office!!!"
