"I have always felt the doctor in staff heard my needs and took care of me. Today. I felt as though I was being pushed to have procedures done that I could not afford. When I tried to speak to the person in charge of making the appointment they acted as though I was in the wrong and they were correct. They were not hearing me that I could not afford the procedures that I was needing all at the same time. When I stressed my concern the person apologize for the way I felt and not for how they made me feel. This just aggravated my situation more. I left without scheduling anything. I'm hoping this can be resolved because in the past I've had great service."

"I was scheduled to have one crown removed and a new crown put in, and two cavities taken care of. I was told it would be 3 hours. Actually it only lasted an hour and 45 minutes, pain-free, and the crown is perfect! Kudos to doc and Rachel for a very very fine job! Highly recommend this place."

"Everyone has been so pleasant and calming. I have had several cleanings and some procedures. I have not been uncomfortable as they keep checking on that throughout. Lots of effort goes into making sure the patient understand what is going to happen. I would really recommend them for those of us who have a real fear of dentists."
