"I’ve been back here several times, and the staff and doctor are great. The doctor listens to my concerns, and works with me to address them. The staff is professional and makes me feel comfortable. The office itself is clean and modern, and doesn’t have that “dentist smell.” Sometimes the parking lot of the nearby shopping center gets busy, but this isn’t their fault. Overall great experience."

"I had been going to this dentist for many years and had always had a positive experience until ONE VISIT. More recently, at my last visit I realized I had forgotten my purse, but decided to continue with the appointment anyway because I was already in the system. As I checked in the staff asked me to pay my co-pay of $35. I tried to explain that I did not have my wallet to pay this co pay right now but I could return afterward my appointment before they closed to pay this co-pay. The staff stated that it was policy to collect a co-pay before allowing you in the back. I asked if they could ask the doctor as I have been coming for years and have never not paid a co-pay until today. The staff stated she would ask the doctor but instead she attempted to make herself disappear behind a wall not realizing that I could still see her and she never asked the doctor just came back out and said , “I’m sorry he said no”! Now the doctor I had seen here for years is female!! Why are you saying he? I was embarrassed as the waiting room was full of other people waiting to be seen. The office staff as well as the dental assistant was very rude and they lied about even speaking with my dentist. I will no longer be attending this office and would not recommend this dentist."
