"I have been receiving skilled dental care from the Painesville Dental Group for many years now and I can honestly say I look forward to my dental appointments. The staff at the front desk is always professional, efficient and personable. My dental hygienist, Tiffany has been cleaning my teeth for years now. She’s gentle and considerate and we always share a warm and easy conversational exchange during each office visit. Tiffany is articulate and knowledgeable and informative. I have a somewhat complicated scheduling routine and Tiffany is very easy to schedule appointments with. Most recently I had a cavity filled (a tooth that despite all I did and all the good cleanings I’ve had was still hard to keep clean). Dr. Horvath was the dentist and Sarah the dental assistant. Dr. Horvath was quick, sensitive and professional and Sarah was especially informative, skillful and considerate. I learned so much from Sarah in my brief visit, including better brushing technique, a detailed explanation of mouthwash and which one to use, she provided before and after pictures of my tooth, and throughout she carefully and thoroughly explained everything she was doing and wasn’t satisfied until she had perfected the filling. Her perfectionism and passion for dentistry was a joy to witness. It’s always a pleasure to visit these offices but this last visit was especially enjoyable. I left feeling very fortunate to have found such excellent people and excellent dental care. I highly recommend them for all your dental needs. "Painesville Dental Group was absolutely amazing with my 89-year-old aunt, who is a demanding and "problematic personality". She had not seen a dentist in 10 years and Dr Pichler and tech Raven were amazingly kind, patient, and compassionate. They must have spent an hour calmly explaining everything to her -- why she needed extractions, the difference between a partial and dentures, why caps were not an option, etc. They are two of the most kind and caring people I have met in ages, and of course knowledgeable and sharp also. I cannot recommend Painesville Dental Group enough."
