"Ordered butter parm roma on crust and 2 garlic butters didn't get them but I did get what at the very least was a beard hair baked into our cheesy bread... and was just told ok at the end of letting them know. No apology no nothing ."

"The pizza was terrible. Very little sauce and very dry. This is the second time and the last. The employees were overwhelmed so had very little patience with customers."

"Pathetic. Showed up 10min AFTER it said my online order was ready (because I know better to begin with). When I arrived I was told my we were waiting on my *cinnamon squares*. 20min later we finally made a pan that I can finally take home with my pizza that's been sitting ON TOP OF the heat lamps for the entire 20min I've been sitting in this cramped lobby with 2 chairs and 6 people waiting for orders. I guess I have to learn how to make my own pizza now because no one in this town can do it right."

"This is by far the worst Marcos in the area. Ordered at 5:45 to be ready for pickup at 6:05. Food wasn't even in the oven when I arrived at 6. It seems as of the staff completely forgot that there was five customers standing in the lobby waiting on their food or waiting to be helped at all. Several employees were seen on their cell phones. After this review I should really consider contacting the health department for the lack of gloves worn by employees"

"We have had major issues with ordering here the last couple months. I am not sure what has happened but service and quality have went down hill big time and fast."
