"TOOK 6 MONTHS TO RETURN INSURANCE MONEY (AFTER MANY CALLS FROM ME AND MY INSURANCE CO. ) THAT THEY ACCEPTED FOR A FULL UPPER PLATE THAT THEY NEVER MADE FOR ME SO MY PARTIAL WAS DENIED BECAUSE THEY HAD ALREADY PAID FOR UPPER PLATE.... I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT TEETH FOR OVER 5 WEEKS. PLUS I PAID $241 OUT OF MY POCKET FOR THE PARTIAL THAT I DIDN'T GET !"
