"It won't let me give zero stars. This has been a nightmare since the beginning. They left my daughter's palate expander in for over 2 years. I am now understanding this is medical negligence. There was no reason for it to be in for 2 years because we stopped turning the key about 2 years ago. They told us it would be out in 6 months and it was in for over 2 years. When they removed it it was bloody and there were deep wounds left behind. I took pictures as evidence. She is still in pain 24 hours later which is abnormal with palate expander removal. They also broke brackets off and with routine care which I don't know anyone that has happened to. Then they again blamed my daughter for and then lied to me and said they repositioned brackets. You would not of had to "reposition" them if you didn't break them off. I hate it here I want to leave but they won't refund my money after I've asked repeatedly over the past two years"

"Office staff has no idea what is going on. One girl told me they don't take EITHER of my insurances (mine and dad's) after I specifically looked for a place that accepts both following a cancellation at another office that did not take both. Once in the parking lot I looked at the website again - they they are! I go back in and speak to another girl with the 1st girl in the background. The 2nd girls says "yes, we take both of your insurances" and the 1st girl comes forward to say "I meant your insurance won't pay everything". Duh - I know braces aren't covered in full. She specifically said "we don't accept your insurance" and I said "which one?" and she said "neither". Now she backpedals. OK - fine. I then speak to the "financial advisor" about the cost of braces. She tells me they finance through some company "completely free of charge". No fees, no interest, no credit check. Yeah, right. I said "How does this company make money? How do they stay in business?" and, of course, she has no idea. As a "financial advisor" you should realize {what I found out after further research on my part} that that company charges the dental office a fee - which is included in the total price for braces; so indirectly I'm paying them. I left with a very bad taste in my mouth and scheduled elsewhere. I also noted they have MULTIPLE signs pasted around their office stating they will not tolerate outbursts, yelling, etc from patients or families. Gee...I wonder why so many of your patients have outbursts that you need to post a sign? Maybe look at the root cause here."

"I had an appointment scheduled for 2:50pm Nov 1st 2023… get here & it is CLOSED & no one is here… wasn’t given a call, message, or anything of the sort just pushed my entire day back for this & they’re not even open imagine that"

"Had an appt scheduled and called to reschedule. The women on the phone was the rudest I’ve dealt with, she got an attitude when I told her I wasn’t sure which office the appt was at(saved in my phone). Then told me my insurance wasn’t accepted with them, proceeds to ask if I want even reschedule. I said yes initially to find out what’s going on with my daughters teeth, and then yea nevermind just cancel it. She got an attitude and goes “okay” sarcastically and then hung up on me."
