"Medically my daughter had good care. My concern is with the office staff and the person who works with the insurance. After taking my daughter's insurance information they called to tell me that one procedure would be out of pocket but the more costly procedure would be covered by insurance. I trusted them to give me the right information. After 4 months of trying to solve a billing problem OUR insurance called to tell us that this office did not accept our daughter's secondary insurance. Do not trust what they tell you on the phone. Double and triple check all the facts before using them. I should have done that and did't."
