Pizza Hut

"Went to pick up my order. The cashier was ghetto. She walked up and two of us were standing in line she asked are y'all here for pick up? I hope not. Then started laughing. My order got done and I watched them put it in the warmer but didn't know it was mine. I was on my lunch and was already irritated because they said 15 minutes but it wasn't ready. The whole experience let's me know I won't go back. They were busy, I get it. The young lady was nice, but just very unprofessional."

"Don't waste your time or money on the lunch buffet It is not what it used to be back in the day. You have a few lukewarm pizzas or everything as hard as a brick and it is not a priority to them to get fresh items out. Better off ordering a fresh pizza picking it up and taking it home or going somewhere else."

"Ordered take out and asked about specials. The woman on the phone told me she didn't know of any. Then she told me about a 2 for $7 deal. I told her I'd take that...a mushroom pizza and an order of breadsticks. She came back on the phone and told me that deal didn't exist. I ordered my food anyway. When I went to pick it up there was only one woman on the build station and no one came to the counter right away. I eventually caught the attention of the woman and she cashed me out. Definitely not a smooth transaction day at Pizza Hut."

"I have to admit that because of the poor reviews at this location that I didn't know what to expect. I called the previous day to check on dining in hours to plan for today which is our wedding anniversary. So we loaded up everyone and headed out from Monroe, Mi. for Toledo. Wish we had a restaurant still but hey, it's not that far. Upon arrival found the dining room clean and was greeted by Mark. He let us know that unfortunately he was working alone until 4pm. and would do the best he could. Also we could dine in but the pizza, bread sticks and garlic bread would be brought out in the boxes along with plastic silverware. Totally acceptable. Also we purchased 2 liters of pop to make it easier on Mark. Being 4 adults and 3 kids things would have been hectic on 1 person. We watched as he calmly worked taking orders on the phone, walk-in and I'm sure online also. All of the ordered food was brought to us in a timely manner, was hot, and very very good. Once we were finished we cleaned up and offered to help clean up. Can't help it, we're old school. Mark made our experience memorable. Thanks for the service you gave us, Mark you are an exceptional person and employee in our book. After visiting, the reviews I've read are very misleading when only 1 worker is available."
