"Had an appt for a regular cleaning that went very well, but just so happened the day before an upper molar broke and needed a crown. Luckily I was able to get an appt the next day due to a cancellation. That experience was challenging but after a 2 hour appt I have a new crown and it feels very good. Thanks to Dr. Goffman who was excellent, not sure I have her name correct."

"After ten years of being a patient here, the staff have always been kind and professional. I recently had a tooth break and I was able to get in the next day. The next week another tooth chiped and again they fixed it next day. Years of neglect when I was young and my teeth look great now. Very thankful for Dr.Westmeyer and Hillary and the service they provide."

"Not a very good experience. I have had three visits to fix a cavity that I still don't believe it needed done. Now I still have problems with that tooth and guess what they want to fill another cavity that I supposedly have. I wouldn't let you touch my tooth ever. So I decided I didn't want to be a patient there anymore. I had a regular visit scheduled that I made the last time I was there and it was about 6 months ago. I missed the appointment, now I need to pay them 78 bucks? Called the office and spoke to the rudest human in the billing department and got no where with this. So my question is why do you think I would continue using your services if your going to treat patients like this? I asked to speak to the dentist but I would ask which one I haven never seen the same one twice? So as I await the phone call I will let you know that I have a family of five that will not be going back to this office so I hope that 78 bucks was worth the effort."

"To start off I hate going to the dentist. But I am genuinely looking forward to my next visit. They have a TV for you to watch, adjusted so it's visible during your appointment, a blanket for comfort, I was able to be COMPLETELY numbed as the first shot didn't work as well, and they immediately stopped at the first sign of discomfort (a first for me), not to mention when my lips were drying out they gave me a new chapstick and after asking applied it so my lips wouldn't dry out! This is a wonderful, clean, and comfortable area that I am so grateful to have found. They did my filing (which exactly matched my actual teeth, not the silver metal) and made sure they were completely confident and happy with it, polished it and sent me on my way."

"Let me start by saying I'm super scared at the dentist. I've avoided going for 8 years because of this. I had my first visit at Frankel & Puhl today and had to write a review. From the reception I got when I came in all the way to checking out was a great experience. The kindness was so appreciated. They are super professional but also very warm and friendly. My dental hygienist (I'm so sorry I can't think of her name right now) was amazing. She put me at ease, didn't make me feel bad in the least for being scared. Dr Puhl was also very nice, I got a great feeling with everyone. This place is what a dentist office should be!! I will neglect my teeth no more!! I've found my dental home. Thank you to everyone there."
