"I was having tooth pain. I was previously seen at my own dentist the day prior only to be sent home and told it would feel better, which it never did. I worried about having to go all weekend with the pain, but seen that Aspen Dental was open on Saturdays. I was able to schedule for an early appointment with ease. The receptionist, Shauna was pleasant and kept me informed of my wait time, which was not long. Jdynn was patient and gentle with obtaining my X-rays, knowing I was having severe pain to a certain tooth. Dr. Cashwell listened to my concerns and took his time looking at the issue. For over 6 months they were unable to provide me with my current balance even though I had prepaid $2500. The staff are friendly, caring and respectful but their upper management is failing them."
