"Always an issue coming here. I used to be.a manger at this location and seeing how downhill it has become is sad. THE STAFF IS SO RUDE. And heads up be cautious if buying gift cards here. I had bought multiple on Black Friday (gifted some and kept some for myself) kept every receipt with them and every single one we’ve tried using they tell us there is $0 on it. I show the proof of purchase with receipt and money being pulled out of bank account and they do at least make it right by loading another gift card with the amount on it. But tonight was the 3rd time so far having to deal with it and we still have more gift cards to use, plus had to send out warning texts to those who I gifted them to. Working there before I don’t understand how someone can purchase a gift card and the receipt print out with the amount on the card with the same card number, but then when going to use it it will show $0? I’m just tired of the hassle at this point and expecting my gift cards to not work when going in then having to deal with the hassle of getting someone to fix it before the movie. It doesn’t help that the staff treats you terrible it makes you feel unwelcomed your entire visit. When coming out for refills they will look at you and look back at each other smirking and ignore you until you have to literally ask them if you can have a refill then they will walk over to you and actually help. Plus they wear earbuds while working so they’re too busy listening to their music instead of listening to what flavor slushee you just told them you wanted and they don’t fill up the correct flavor. 100% terrible experience every time we go there, We’re really just going until all our gift cards are used then we plan on never going back. Terrible service. Terrible experience. No one wants that when they’re trying to have a nice movie night out."

"Took my 2 grandkids to see the Troll movie on Saturday January 6 1st show of the day. Asked at the register how do I get my points since they no longer do the card. Girls says I’ll put your name in. Ok thanks Go to theatre 7 to watch the movie lights never go out until the movie is over. Granddaughter went to tell someone during the show know one to be found. Gentleman was heading into the theatre to clean I said the lights are messed up replied I know I said worst movie experience and I never got my points for this movie took my info said I will take care of it. Never showed up on my account . Stopped back into theatre today and said there is nothing we can do after the fact said well we won’t be back do t go that offer due to price then to sit they the entire show with lights on and no points for a $60.00 purchase Can watch movie at home for way less and more food with lights on. Very poor customer service."

"From where I am this is one of the cleanest and nicest movie theaters around. The level of attentiveness to the cleanliness has always been very good. Which adds to the enjoyment and atmosphere to be able to have fun, relax and enjoy why you came there!"

"1230 pm on a Thursday, seriously? Sometimes I dont know my seat preference until I scope the theater, etc. She informed me that this has been since September last yr...lol...liar. I asked if there was a crowd ..."not yet" I am presently the only person here.."
