"Dr Ben is excellent. He's trustworthy and honest, doesn't do anything that isn't really needed and I believe he has the best interest of his patients at heart. He's not judgemental, always has a great upbeat positive attitude, and never makes me feel like he's rushing or just trying to get a procedure done so he can move on. He's plenty busy and doesn't waste time, but does take the time necessary to make sure I understand what's happening, if something major needs done he tells me what my options are and gives me his recommendations. But it never feels like a sales job the way some other dentists I've been to come off. Scheduling can be a bit challenging at times, but I'd wait two months to see him before I'd go anywhere else in town. Ive changed insurance a few times over the years and never had a problem with that. I've been cash pay with no dental insurance for the last couple of years and he's always been very fairly priced."
