"Called this morning to cancel an order due to my team I ordered it for could not all make it in due to weather and was met on the phone with the most hostile, angry human I have ever come into contact with. He yelled at me when I told him we needed to cancel saying it was too late, when I said we had been trying to cancel for an hour and he had repeatedly hung up on one of our employees, he proceed to yell over me and would not let me talk at all and guess what, he hung up on me."
"Called the restaurant to let them know I had food poisoning and that all I ate yesterday was a chicken sandwich from there. I am a manager of a restaurant so it's good to know when a customer is sick after eating product, incase someone calls with same issue. The manager was very rude, and told me she was there all day and "knows" everything is fresh. I wasnt telling you it wasn't, I was informing you that I was sick and it could have been from your food.... not impressed, need better customer service...."
