Yet I was charged full price even after pointing out on the sign it said 79 cents for any size big gulp and no I didn't get a Styrofoam cup either so that's not why."

"Horrible customer service. We went to get coffee in the store and after brewing 2 cups the latte machine started vibrating. Delores (10+ years of customer service) yells over customers in the checkout line that we should stop using the machine. We explain that it JUST started. She continues on and on, telling the other customers that its just common sense - insinuating that we lack common sense to stop using the machine. When I get to the counter, I tell her its not right for her to yell at us. She talks over me saying we had been brewing for a while and she says "well the machine is broken and there was a sign and YOU must have removed the sign." I was stunned!! There was another customer who used the machine as well and we had brewed one cup with no issues. It's one thing that she didn't want us to use the machine but its a whole other level that she 1) yelled, 2) over other customers, 3) continues to complain about our lack of common sense to other customers while we are in line, 4) accused me of removing the sign. All this and she still didn't have the urgency to go put the sign (that we supposedly removed) back up. Delores is rude. Do better!"
