"I have been an Atech member for a several years with no issues. But At the end of Oct 2023 I placed an order for a set of JE pistons. That were going to be shipped from the manufacture. The were originally supposed to ship on Nov 17th, then Dec 20th. When they didn't ship I called Atech on Dec 21st and was told to call back on Dec 26th only to be told JE pistons were closed till Jan 2nd. I called Atech on the 2nd and was told they would contact the manufacture and email me. No email called back on the 3rd. They said they would contact the manufacture and email me. The email said the order would not ship till mid Feb. Je was contacted and the info I was given is they did not have any order for that part number of piston from Atech. So either Atech is lying to me about the order or JE is. Someone dropped the ball the info I was give it only takes 4 to 5 weeks to get pistons from JE not 3 months. Atech lost this sale and maybe the rest of my business. Customer service on this order was substandard."

"I have a "dealer" account with Atech, and its more expensive to buy products as a dealer than it is to just order straight from Summit. Its pointless to offer a wholesaler option when customers can buy it themselves for less"
