"Caliber had my vehicle over two months and its still not repaired properly plus I have a lot of damage (scratches) on my truck that wasnt there previously. Seems like Im going to catch hell to have work completed that should have been done correctly the first time done and the scratches repaired. Although I was told they have over 1700 locations and I can go to any one and they would cover a rental while my vehicle is being paired. As of current this has yet to occur seems like it will be an uphill battle as I no longer live near the shop that originally did the repairs to begin with. I wouldnt recommend them. Hopefully they honor their work and fix the damage that occurred in their possession they did have my car for two months Update* This still hasnt been resolved and the email address presented to contact Caliber at is no good. I guess I will keep trying and hope they rectify the issues with my vehicle before they claim I am out of the warranty period for them to fix their mistake and damages."

"Highly recommend this Caliber location if you're going through insurance. They were able to get my car in well before anyone else and the work speaks for itself. There were a few snags getting parts, but Dave was extremely friendly and professional, keeping me updated every step of the way. Their relationship with the insurance company and Enterprise meant a stress-free experience start to finish. Note: the white streaks on the "after" picture are glares - it looks brand new in reality!"

"I had some pretty extensive damage to my front bumper. One side, I was going through insurance due to someone backing into me, but the other side was damaged while I was at work and I did not see who did it. While my car was in the shop, I decided to get both sides fixed and pay out of pocket for the non-insurance claim. If I would have gone to any other body shop, it would have been a pretty penny, but with Caliber, I only had to pay about $250 for the damage. Everyone I spoke to was professional and very polite. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and had my car done when they told me it would be complete. The process also only took a week. I would recommend Caliber to anyone looking for a reasonably priced body shop and for professionalism."
