"Didn't have what I was looking for. Usually a friendly staff and lots to choose from. Prices a little steep, as they are anywhere else though."
"Nice and friendly staff good selection pretty good ice cream"
"Made me waste a phone coupon. The lady at the drive-thru waited until the second time I showed her my phone coupon to tell me they do not take phone coupons through the drive-thru."
"I thought about going in a putting a formal complaint in to management but I don’t have confidence they would even care. I don’t often get aggravated with retail workers, I have a lot of experience in retail/customer service and I’m pretty understanding. However, this morning around 11AM I went through the drive thru just to get something to drink. I told her I wanted a Dr. Pepper. She came back and handed me a Dr. Pepper Zero along with my receipt. I told her I didn’t want that and was told they didn’t have regular Dr. Pepper. Without asking if I wanted something else, she acted put out that she had to do a refund. Then came back and gave me cash and said it took too long to refund back to the card. One, if you would have asked about the soda before you rang it up you wouldn’t have had to do a refund at all. Two, does it take too long for you or too long to refund back to the card? If she meant it took too long for her, that’s not my problem. If she meant it took too long to refund back on the card, don’t you think that would be my decision to make, not hers? There were decisions and assumptions made that should have been ran by me, the customer, before the purchase and refund was put through. If she’ll do that with something as petty as a 20oz soda, what will she do with the bigger purchases?"
"Watch your change they overcharging. My 17 daughter went for a simple 1.25 Kickstart. She had a 20.00 & her change was 16 dollars and some small change. 3.50 is double the price else where. 20 kid customers = cashier a quick $30"
