"Unfortunately we bought a really nice water pipe with an extra bowl piece to go with it and the cashier did not wrap the extra bowl piece in bubble wrap, and just shoved it into the box with the water pipe. When we pulled out the water pipe the bowl piece fell to the ground and broke. Tried to call to see if we could get a replacement but no one answered and I was unable to leave a voicemail. Waste of money. Make sure whoever checks you out always wraps your glass pieces and that goes with any smoke shop."
