"Love shopping at this location. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I do stop at other Lefty's locations to pick up cones but for any thing else I go to the Hartwell location. They always have a great variety of items to choose from and the prices aren't bad. They are knowledgeable in their products and are always willing to answer any questions."

"Been going to this store now for a few years and I have to say they are just a bad store. They don't stock the products they are supposed to carry, they tax on cheap glass, and the ownership has bad interpersonal skills. Find a better shop if you can. Writing this stuck waiting for a train after I had to stop in to ask about a product that they, surprise surprise, did not have in stock, because they wouldn't answer the phone even though they were dead quiet. Owner had no problems coming out from the back with reefer all over him though. If you're reading this, put your ringer on. And apparently I have nothing to lose by posting this."
