"The 5 stars is for the gal that works during the day. She is so friendly and upbeat and helpful! She works hard and is good at her job. 2 stars for the young guy that works sometimes. I saw him stealing and he gave the guy in front of my a whole vape free. He acted like he was on something. Screaming music and cussing while I was in there! 0 stars for the owner. He should consider making the young woman the manager and get rid of that young man. 5 stars for the evening staff, he is very laid back and super kind. 4 stars for the store itself. Very clean but I know the daytime girl was cleaning all day! So much to choose from and variety of product. Mods, disposable, THC, CBD, accessories. Overall, highly recommend seeing Reyna at Portland Vape."

"The little girl that works there is the best. My wife and I see her there almost every day, she is always so full of life and makes our day better for sure. She is always hard at work, but never too busy to say hello and offer to help us. She does her best to answer questions and gets back with us by the next day if she doesn't know. She has the store looking better and smelling nice since she started, and the new products are great. I am glad the owner hired Raina as the new daytime manager. I like the evening manager as well he is very knowledgeable and laid back. I like his taste and how he runs in the evening."
