"This place needs to go out of business. They are a branch of the IRS and do not work for the client at all. They will gladly take as much of your money as they can to hand over to the IRS. I had them do my 2019 and 2020 returns as the tax lady I generally use was taking a break. I am a small business owner and can not afford a lot of taxes. My previous accountant had experience with my business and was very knowledgeable on all the loopholes that are available to use. She made it work for me. With me. She would take the time to go over them with me before she filed them. Rick met with me for 10-15 minutes and then his secretary called a few days later and said they are ready to pick up. They never went over anything more with me. I had to come up with $40,000 that I did not have to pay in taxes. I never had anything even close to that previously. I can’t afford that. I might as well go out of business as that is all the profit I ever had. I will be looking for someone to redo them. Spare yourself some headaches and money and DO NOT bring your taxes here."
