"This was the absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced over the phone. I called to find out if they carry my favorite brand of cigars, only to have the clerk snap back that she was NOT going to go look in the humidor to see if they have it! Firstly, I only asked if they carry a particular product ... a reasonable question I would think. Clerks should know what brands their store carries. Secondly, I was looking to buy 100 cigars. Thats a nice size-able purchase, right? The kind of sale that justifies 2 minutes of attention from a clerk, right? Whoever was working there on 8/5/2018 didn’t think so. That’s not how to make sales."
"The cashier's are super friendly. Beer and cigarette prices are kept at state minimum prices. The whole shopping experience was pleasurable. I will definately recommend this store to everyone I talk to."
