"This location doesn't understand customer service etiquette. I was waiting at the counter for half a minute without even being acknowledged and being asked to wait. There were no other customers in the store. The employees were discussing closing the drawers. They should have at least acknowledged I was there waiting, instead of just continuing on with their conversation. I told one employee of the issue while the other answered a phone, and he stated they get it right every time but this time... that was fine for all their other customers but me. I'm the first customer that has decided to rate their store on Google. I rate them as ok because out of the three times I have visited their store, they have been helpful once."
