"So the reason I'm changing my rating from a 5 to a one the people that used to work in there were nice helpful but the last two times I have been in there the young guy is rude and super inconvenienced if he has to get off his computer to answer questions doesn't even offer to bag your bottles for you just takes your money and get right back on his computer today was probably the last time I will ever set foot in that store again the people in Navarre state store are much nicer and more helpful"
"I went in to find a few of my favorite bourbons. I didn't see them on the shelf, so I approached the guy at the counter, who was on his laptop. I said, " I was wondering if you had..." He cut me off and said, "If it isn't on the shelf or the one behind me, we don't have it." I said, "OK, I was just looking for some X and some Y (names omitted)." He replied, "If it isn't on the shelf, we don't have it". Very helpful!!! This guy needs Customer Service training!!!"
