"Recently took my old Subaru Forrester to ABC to replace a failing alternator and repair the exhaust/heat shield. I was very satisfied with the customer service, time to repair, and cost. Anthony kept me informed of the critical issues, my options, and parts/labor cost of each. I agreed to a wheel cylinder replacement in addition to the aforementioned repairs when Anthony called and explained the situation, and texted me pictures of the (badly damaged) cylinder. For each repair, he would text me before and after pictures of the repaired components, and keep me up to date. Given the hands-on customer service, I was shocked at the affordability of the fixes. I would have ABC perform repairs in the future in a heartbeat."

"DO NOT BUY OR LET ANTHONY WORK ON YOUR CAR! This is my first review but feel compelled to warn people about my terrible experience. After double charging me for a repair on my truck that he never explained was billed by the job and not the time I made the mistake of buying a used car that he said was perfectly okay. A month and a dozen visits later the problems went unrepaired with him stating he did not have the time to fix the temperature sensor or windshield wiper that created a hazardous condition while operating in the rain. A friend of mine at work later took all but 10 minutes to solve the problems."
