"Best place to get cigarettes. Prices are very reasonable. John and Robin are great to talk to when I go in. I either go to this location or the one in Sheffield, but it's this location that I prefer. I usually have to go to the one in Sheffield on my way to work and they are on my way and open at 10am, BUT, there's been quite a few days recently that I've needed to stop and it's 10:15 and there's nobody at the store and it's not open?! It's very frustrating!! There's never been a time when I've gone to the Oberlin Ave store and it's been closed, so I don't understand why the Sheffield store has this issue. It's just on certain days too, but I noticed it's usually a Tuesday or Thursday that it's not open on time. I understand emergencies happen, but I don't think they happen almost weekly, unless this person has some very bad luck?! Still the best stores to get cigarettes and I'll keep trying if I need them and hope they'll be open when I do! If not, I know John's location is ALWAYS open on time so I'll just go there if my schedule allows. I'll get to have some laughs with John, and Robin, if she's there that day. Keep up the great work you two!!"

"Use to be the cheapest place to buy my tobacco but their prices have gone up by $6.00 a roll. It is now cheaper for me to go to Speedway. No longer an outlet when their prices are higher then other locations."

"Cheapest place I've found to buy cigarettes. Plus they're always pleasant when I go in, especially now that they seem to have gotten rid of the girl who was forever on her phone and acted like I was bothering her when I went in. Haven't seen her lately though so I really hope she's gone because I stopped going there for a bit because of her. Or I wouldn't go if her car was there. Marti and the new guy are terrific though. Always friendly and helpful."

"On the afternoon of Fri, April 7th, I spent several hrs, off and on, trying to call this store and no one would answer. The phone would ring and ring and on many of my attempts some one actually picked the phone up and directly hung it up to disconnect the call. I understand they may have been busy but all they needed to do was pick it up and advise they were with a customer and ask me if I would like to hold. I recently moved just down the street from this store and was looking for a closer place to purchase my vape juice. I spend about 50.00 a week on supplies and I WILL NOT be shopping at this store, even tho it is close enough to walk to. SMH..."
