"Do not go there! I was referred there by a friend and chose the person she recommended. I submitted my documents on March 1 and didn’t receive any updates for a whole month. So I sent a message on March 30. Didn’t hear back for another 4 days just for someone to reply that my documents were just sent to her instead and she’ll work on it asap. So I waited another week… After receiving the tax summary, I sent a message to her for a simple question before proceeding. Haven’t heard back since then and it’s been I don’t know how long… I ended up doing the taxes myself because I don’t think they’ll ever get back to me. Horrible experience, would NOT recommend!"

"Don't recommend. Don't waste your time. I was hoping they would help solve a tax refund issue for me. I gave them my file they wasted more than a year and a half of my time. They did nothing. No progress , i kept visiting and calling. They were delusional, lying and promising. Now my case is closed. After all this time they gave me my file and told me they can't help and that I should seek an advocate. Terrible service. Please don't deal with them especially Nesley Thomas."

"Not typically the person to write a review, but this has been a horrible experience trying to get in touch with someone. The front desk person that answers the phone has zero idea about anything I have asked nor was not helpful when I expressed to her I have called multiple times and she told me an advisor would get in touch with me next day. Never happened. Finally I called the other Hilliard location on Cemetery Road and they were great! Finally got an answer in five minutes."

"You get what you pay for. Worked with Rosemarie on our taxes here last year and it has been a nightmare since the initial meeting. We ended up stuck for hours longer than needed because she was unable to operate her own software or understand the tax code for people who live in Bexley, oh. She filed our taxes incorrectly by stating we had lived there all year which was inaccurate. Do yourself a favor and find a real CPA and not some unprofessional, unknowledgeable washed up retail employee of H&R Block."
