"These guys came to my rescue. I didn't need tires, I simply needed air. They were the only place open on a Saturday morning at 930am. It was raining and cold and Toyota Ganley had not done their job. These guys were so kind and checked not only the one bad tire but the rest of them to make sure they were ok too. I'm so grateful they were there when I needed just a little bit of help. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work! And keep spreading kindness!"
"Worst customer service. I was completely ignored and asked for help. I left and went to a different place. Glad I did bc the reviews I see from customers before me , makes me feel I made a good coo l decision"
"I got 4 tires on 1/18/24 at Sam's & I couldn't be more satisfied with the results & service. All of the fellas were so nice & with all the snow we got the following day my traction light only came on once & that was in my employee parking lot lol. Roads were awful getting home from work but I had zero issues. Thank you so much for making me feel so safe driving. Best $220 I've ever spent!!"
"I have gotten great service for plugs in tires. So I called about tires didn't have a full matching set as I thought they said. But I went ahead and got them anyways. He said all finished. As I am looking at my wheels and ask your done he said yes and had his hand out for the money. I paid him and told him that is no way to leave all 4 rims. Only offered to clean them after I paid tipped and said I will clean them myself. Unbelievable."
"Stopped in cause tire pressure warning came on dash. Was told the tires were new enough they shouldn't be the problem so it must be the sensor. "Tested" and said yep it's the sensor $25 to fix. Fine. Had them do it. Except 1 month later tire pressure light comes on. Stop at another tire place and they say, you just had the sensor replaced!? Proceeded to show me the original sensor, with a really bad gasket, said air was coming from that gasket. Sensor itself was fine. The gasket had been smeared with lube and reinstalled. It could have blown going 70MPH and caused tire to suddenly deflate. Since it was a cash transaction and they didn't give a receipt I have nothing to go back for a refund. So all I can do is warn folks NOT to trust a repair at this shop, better to avoid entirely!!! Attached photos of gasket and new gasket on old sensor"
