"I scheduled an appointment for an oil changed over the phone a week prior and received a confirmation email. The morning I came in they said there was no appointment for me and it was not registered in their system. There was no apology for the mix up or attempt to look further into it. I work during 90% of their servicing hours and scheduled this appointment because it’s the only time I’m available. What error caused this to not appear in the system needs to be looked into. Very unsatisfactory experience."

"Took my van there at 8:30am for a diagnostic test. I had made tge appointment 6 days earlier. Didn't get a call until almost 4:30pm. Told the guy I has Carchex, insurance, asked if they had dealt with them before. He said yes. Didn't want to contact Carchex, told me I could. The estimate print date was the 8th of November and everything took place on the 13th. Then when I started my van in the morning I heard air sucking sound. Went to unlatch the hood but it had never been fully closed. Found they didn't reattach the air filter hose. There was no 0 stars to give them so I had to give them 1."

"The hood release cable on my brother's car broke. The service technician was able to get it open and he showed my brother how he did it. He went above and beyond and I appreciate his effort."

"I'm not even sure how this establishment received 4 stars. My Husband dropped his truck off to be serviced on 8/24/23, they had it for approximately four days and no one reached out with an update so he calls and the person told him that his heater cords were ruptured and gave him a price for repairs which he agreed to. After which, another four days passes and still no update so he called again and they told him they were without power for four days and they'd be making the repairs and he would be able to pick it up on 9/2/23 or 9/5/23 by the 6th we still hadn't heard anything so I called the gentlemen that answered verified that it was ready for pickup so my husband picked it up only to drive 2.5 miles home and it starts smoking. He tried calling multiple times and even left messages as he didn't want to risk driving it back and causing damage and as of today 9/13/23 he still haven't gotten a response this is absolutely unacceptable and let me mention that he's had to pay for lyfts to get to and from work almost this entire time again not acceptable.."
