"They misdiagnosed an issue and only repaired part of the problem. A month later I was still having issues, I took it in for a warranty/ repair estimate and they wanted to charge an absurd amount just for hoses. I understand how a company needs to charge more than the average consumer thinks to make a profit. However, over $1100 for $80 of OEM hoses and 2 shop hours is absurd. I received different prices over the phone from the written estimate. The over the phone estimate was more expensive. I specifically asked them to explain how they came up with each number. They were unable to provide me any math as to how they came up with the over the phone estimate."

"DO NOT GO HERE. Said I have 1mm remaining on front brake pads. I had them replaced. Then once I was home my records showed I had 7mm left on front pads at time of annual inspection a couple months prior. I should have known better being I only have 20K miles on the vehicle and Brakes last at a minimum 30K+ miles. In addition to buying brakes I don't need.. My bill shows a $70+ Road Side Hazard Warranty that I was unaware of. Very deceiving."

"Please read this review and never come back to this store! Terrible customer service and they do VERY POOR job on your car!!! I went there to get my new tires. They messed up two valve stems out of four… they rejected to fixed their poor job for free, instead they were going to overcharge me $100 just for fixing valve stems with extremely bad attitude…(while other place only charge $30 for that…) They’re not responsible for car safety issues for their customers at all. For your own safety, you go somewhere to fix your car, not try to get more dangers for yourself. This store should close!!!"

"READ REVIEWS! My experience was disappointing on multiple levels. The prices for their services are notably high, leaving you to feel overcharged. Scheduling was a hassle, as I arrived for my appointment only to be told I wasn't in the system, forcing me to reschedule. This is after calling twice to confirm my appointment the day I made it. To make matters worse, when they finally performed a service, they used the wrong oil, and I ended up paying for a higher-priced option, with the justification that, "it's what I requested." This lack of organization and communication reflects poorly on their professionalism and customer service."

"The only thing that makes my day better after having to shell out big bucks for new tires were Dan, Alex and Isaias. Great staff, very friendly, place is clean too. Service completed quickly after a late 6pm dropoff. Great location."
