"Purchased a dab pen that ended up being defective so I took it back for an exchange. The guy working was the same one who had sold me the device and he was very helpful and nice but had never experienced doing a return on a faulty device, so he called his boss. She was on speaker phone, walking him through the process, and she sounded annoyed with the whole thing and suggested I take it home and try it. I had already did a trouble shoot on the device and wouldn’t have been bringing it back if I was unsure about it being truly defective. For the sake of simplicity, employees should be better trained in these procedures, and the ones who are there to help when an issue arises shouldn’t talk down to their employees or the customer."

"This morning when I walked into this store, I was greeted by a gentleman who was very patient. Pretty darn good salesman too. I came in to look around and through verbal engagement this gentleman brought up his preferred brand and what have you. I ended up buying a one hitter and some cones. He was courteous, professional and very well educated on his products. I’ll definitely be returning."

"Arrived at Lefty at 957am (opens at 10am). I greeted the gentleman by saying good morning and he responded with "What's up". I was instantly thrown off by his response. So I jokingly said "I'm stalking you this morning (due to the fact I was outside waiting for the doors to unlock). He seemed to receive the joke well. I've been purchasing the same product for almost a year from Lefty and knew exactly what I was going to purchase. I generally go to the Glenway or Winton Rd location. At the Glenway rd location, the item was clearly priced at $19.99 (there was about 20 bottles labeled as such) and that's the price I have ALWAYS paid. However the item rang up as $23.99. When I brought that to the attention of the store rep, he said no it's $23.99 and that ALL the bottles in the case are mislabeled. I explained that I buy this same exact item often and it has always been $19.99. He said no and that there is no way possible it would be that price due to the value of the milligrams. It just didn't make sense to argue or go back and forth over $4. If the price of the item is truly $23.99 then fine. The issue for me is the lack of customer service in this matter. Additionally, I drove over to the Winton Rd location I went to the Winton Rd and as I suspected the item was marked and price checked at $19.99."

"Had great stocked selection of Elf Bars. The attendant was extremely patient, informative and helpful in picking what I needed. At the same time she was helping another customer who was in public for the first time in many months due to recent surgeries. The staff member (and myself, I’ll admit) took special care and intention to make sure she had a positive, supportive, encouraging and exciting experience at the store, and honestly this brought me a sense of community. Will definitely be going back!"
