"Joined Code Blue network a couple of years ago as a restoration contractor and our experience has been a complete disaster. Unprofessional representatives, unpaid jobs, scopes of work minimized to reduce bills, staff not trained in restoration, their systems don’t work and they blame the provider on the field. Based on some other reviews and feedback from the industry they are known to be the worst TPA."

"Run for the hills and do not be a contractor for them. They do not care about the contractors, and will treat you poorly in addition to charging you way more than any other TPA. They do not pay on time, they cut your estimates down to nothing and their customer service reps sit behind computers and have zero experience in the field. Mike M. is the worst regional manager on the planet. I hope someone there monitors his phone calls and emails and see what a jerk he is to contractors. So glad we left them a while ago and went with Alacrity. Go with Alacrity, they are the best TPA you will not be disappointed."

"Working there early this year was depressing. They don’t care about their employees at all and pay was the same as a mcdonald’s employee. HR manager never scheduled my interview for why I quit along with other coworkers that quit with me. People are hired and quit frequently because they’re given to reason to stay. I worked there for 2 years (without any recognition) and don’t suggest it because of how depressing it can be to go to work each day and sit at a desk alone without any team building activities."

"I am a licensed and insured restoration company and have been working with codeblue for 2 years now. Like most insurance companies, you need to get approval for demo. They have always worked with me when I need to get a cat 3 loss started asap. I enjoy working with them. It you do your job right then you have no problems. I plan on working with then for a long time."

"Stay away from this company. They have assigned a contact person for me during my claim and has not talked to that person ever. They sent someone to take care of water damage in my house that caused mold and water damage on my dry wall. They told the guy to just dry my walls out! Have no clue what they’re doing. The people seem to just sit in front of the computer and has no clue about house damages. They’re big headaches and caused a lot of miscommunication on our part. Terrible service. The contractor that went to our house categorized our water damage to category 3 from the start. They have told my insurance that its only category 2. They also told my insurance that my leak has been going on for months when i told them that it just happened two days ago and filed a claim the next day to my insurance. Then they pointed finger to the contractor they sent. My insurance approved to take my damaged dry wall and my damaged vanity yet they told the contractor that it was not approved. So, the we are still living at our damaged house for 3 weeks now without flooring, damaged bathroom and kitchen with a 15-month old baby. They don’t care about the insured, they work only for the best interest of the insurance companies. I advise you to stay away! Save yourself some headache. Stay away. Also, they sent me a link to get a survey. Guess what??? The link does not even work! 1month after. I thought I am done dealing with All State and Code Blue and this is what they left me with. This is what they’re fanning."
