"The Village Cyclery is such a great bike shop! The owner is always so knowledgeable and helpful. He provides an awesome inventory of high quality bikes and accessories that are built to last! I really appreciate everything he has offered our family in the last few years. Side note: I used to buy bikes at Walmart and couldn’t imagine spending a bit more on kids bikes. Now, I can’t imagine not investing a little more into quality bikes for them, as we had to replace them and repair them far more frequently. These bikes are built so well and you can really feel the difference when riding! Thank You!"

"Want to start by saying I do not know too much about bikes, and I am a novice at best. I called ahead and the associate was very friendly and recommended I come in to test some things out and size me up with the proper frame. When I arrived I was greeted by Mike who was the same guy I spoke with over the phone. He was very straightforward but also elaborated when answering my questions. I was also impressed by his ability to help me with sincerity while also attending to other customers with no issues, not something you see often when people are working by themselves. After test riding the bike he recommended (twice) I asked about a few accessories to add on, some cosmetic and others for fitment. Mike offered great reasoning behind his suggestions and did not try selling me something overly expensive or extra that wouldn’t be necessary for my style of riding. Really felt like he was trying to help me find a bike I would be able to enjoy fully. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely utilize this shop with any biking needs moving forward. I will also add some photos next time I’m in!"

"Should have gone here first! My husband and I recently decided to spend this spring/summer cycling and purchased bicycles at a chain fitness department store. His had shifting issues and pieces bent, even though it was brand new, and mine was not a good fit. We came into Village Cyclery for troubleshooting of our new bikes and came out with new bikes that fit our exact needs and budget. Mike was very attentive to our style as beginners (albeit serious beginners). We felt respected and understood, when we were expecting to be shamed for our original department store bikes."
