"WORSE GAS STATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! NEVER GO TO STORE #366 THE MANAGERS NAME IS DODIE. ITS OFF BISHOP RD IN WILLOUGHBY. I HAVE WRITTEN REVIEWS AND WILL CONTINUE TO WRITE THEM BECAUSE HOW I HAVE BEEN TREATED THERE. I CALLED CORPORATE BECAUSE THE MANAGER (DODIE) DID NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH ME BECAUSE IT WAS HER DAY OFF SO HER SOLUTION WAS TO JUST CALL THE COPS WHEN THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME GAS OR MY MONEY BACK. I SPOKE WITH THE DISTRICT MANAGER 2 WEEKS AGO AND SHE SAID SHE WAS GOING TO SEND A GIFT CARD BECAUSE THE SITUATION WAS NOT HANDLED CORRECTLY. THATS A JOKE! NEVER HEARD OR SEEN A SINGLE THING FROM THEM. THEY WILL REPLY TO THIS MESSAGE AND ACT LIKE THEY CARE AND WILL GIVE YOU CORPORATE NUMBER TO CALL BUT AGAIN I WILL BE BLOWN OFF. AT THIS POINT I HAVE TO GO HIGHER THAN THE DISTRICT MANAGER. IM ON A MISSION NOW!"
