"Called to see if I could get help on my taxes this year. First the receptionist was excited and ready to help me, but when she asked if it was just an easy return or if I owned property I told her I owned 1 property. She stopped and said oh... well let me ask him and give you a call back.. I was like okay that’s fine. Well it has been days now and still no response back. What I’ve taken from this is they are scared of a little work and only want to work with people if it’s easy. Maybe a return that turbo tax can’t do is too hard for them... unfortunate and underwhelming."
