"Never answer phone, never return messages. For 2 years Louise screwed up my taxes and was supposed to amend 1, the second she never even filed. Same with my son. Then she dissappeared for the rest of the season so I was unable to file until the following year, AFTER i went back and basically took mine and my son's files back. Unfortunately, those files were incomplete and we are still trying to gather my son's documents (this was for 2013 taxes)! For 3 yrs she claimed surgery or car accidents for reasons she couldn't finish the work, but never informed us of the surgery (which was already scheduled) and then said after the accident ( which was the other drivers fault), that she felt bad for the other driver so she didnt even do anything legally about it. Sounds like a bunch of lies and excuses everytime i would go there. Not EVER going back or recommending this place to anyone! Wish i could give negative stars."
