"Will not be returning next year. Not only did it take 3 weeks, but they charged an astronomical amount to prepare and file my taxes - which were not done correctly. I just received adjustments to my refund from Ohio, which I have never received before. When I asked a question about city taxes, they were condescending in their answer. Very disappointed with my experience."
